Are government or embassy fees included?
No. Our fee covers document preparation and expert review only. Government and embassy fees are separate and paid directly to the relevant authority. We'll let you know exactly what those fees are before you proceed.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority. We do everything possible to ensure your application is accurate, complete, and well-presented — but approval is never guaranteed by any legitimate service.
When do I pay?
Only after you've reviewed your fully prepared application and are satisfied with it. We prepare everything first, you check it, then payment is taken before submission.
What's your refund policy?
If we haven't yet begun preparing your application, you're entitled to a full refund. Once preparation is underway, a partial refund may apply. We handle refund requests promptly — contact us at support@globalvisa.care.
