Who we are

Global Visa Care Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a document preparation and visa assistance service incorporated in the State of Florida, USA. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our registered contact email is support@globalvisa.care.

Data we collect

When you use our service we may collect:

  • Identity information: full name, date of birth, nationality
  • Travel documents: passport scans or photos, visa copies
  • Contact details: email address, phone number
  • Travel information: destination, travel dates, purpose of travel
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment processor — we do not store card numbers
  • Website usage data: browser type, pages visited, IP address (via cookies)

How we use your data

We use your information only to:

  • Prepare and verify your visa application
  • Communicate with you about your order
  • Process payment for our services
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Improve our service (in anonymised, aggregate form)

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Document security

All documents you upload are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorised personnel who require it to complete your application. We do not share your passport or personal documents with any third party except those listed below.

Third parties and sub-processors

We may share data with:

  • Payment processor — to collect fees on our behalf. They are PCI-DSS compliant and do not receive your travel documents.
  • Cloud hosting provider — to store and process data on secure servers.
  • Relevant embassies or visa authorities — only the information required to submit your application, at your explicit instruction.

All sub-processors are contractually bound to keep your data confidential and to process it only for the purpose of delivering our service.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes — typically no more than 3 years after order completion. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see “Your rights” below); we will delete or anonymise it within 30 days except where we are required by law to retain it.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain types of processing
  • Data portability (receive your data in a common machine-readable format)

To exercise any of these rights, email support@globalvisa.care. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the website and, optionally, analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly as a result.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data about a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

International data transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our service you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely in accordance with this policy.
