1. Description of services

Global Visa Care Inc. (“Global Visa Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides document preparation and visa assistance services. We help clients gather, organise, and prepare visa application materials and forms.

Global Visa Care is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not a government agency and have no affiliation with any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Use of our service does not constitute the creation of an attorney-client relationship.

2. No guarantee of visa approval

Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant government authority of the destination country. Global Visa Care makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that your visa application will be approved. We are not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or any consequences arising from a negative outcome.

3. Customer responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
  • Promptly notify us of any changes to your personal information or travel plans
  • Review all prepared materials before authorising submission
  • Ensure you meet the eligibility requirements of the destination country

You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

4. Fees and payment

Our fee covers document preparation and expert review only. It does not include government filing fees, embassy fees, visa application fees, or any other charges imposed by a government authority — those are paid separately, directly to the relevant authority.

Payment is due after you have reviewed your prepared application and before submission. Prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

5. Refund policy

If we have not yet begun preparing your application, you are entitled to a full refund. Once preparation is underway, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, reflecting work already completed. No refund is available after an application has been submitted to the relevant authority.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@globalvisa.care. We aim to process all requests within 10 business days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading documents or information
  • Use our service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our services without written permission

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or organisation at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Visa Care disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Global Visa Care be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to visa refusals, missed travel dates, or costs incurred as a result. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fee you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
